OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (BRAIN) — Vittoria Industries North America will distribute Selle Italia in the U.S. and Canada, the companies announced this week.

Vittoria Industries will handle all distribution, customer service, warehousing and marketing for North America starting October 1.

Former Specialized and Trek manager joins Bluetooth communications brand

CRESTED BUTTE, CO (BRAIN) — Gary Sjoquist, the director of QBP's advocacy program, has been elected to the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame, which is in Crested Butte. He will be officially inducted into the Hall at a ceremony during the Interbike show in Las Vegas later this month.

Increase in 29er sales not enough to overcome decline in other bike categories

BOULDER, CO (BRAIN) — July marked the first time this year that independent bicycle dealers posted a drop in sales from the same month in 2011, according to figures released Thursday by Leisure Trends' Topline Retail Market Overview.

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland (BRAIN) —Dr. Min H. Kao, the "Min" in Garmin and the company's chairman and CEO, has established a plan to sell a portion of his shares in the company over a designated period.

Two of Kao's family trusts, of which he is a trustee, also will sell shares.
