On October 15 & 16, Texas Framebuilders Association will host the 4th Annual Texas Custom Bicycle Show at the beautiful Austin Convention Center in central downtown Austin, TX.
This regional expo show follows on the heels of another smashing cycling success in Austin - the 2011 North American Handmade Bicycle Show. Twenty percent of this year's ticket sales will go directly to benefit the Austin Cycling Association, central Texas' largest education and advocacy organization. Tickets are $5 and are good for entry for both show days.
The 2011 Texas Custom Bicycle Show will feature 22 exhibitors, as well as informational seminars and advocacy guidance. It is is a great opportunity to interact with local and regional frame fabricators, cycle artisans, clothing makers, and other bicycle aficionados. Weekend warriors, commuters, advocates, lovers of all things bike, and those simply curious about the world of two wheels are wholeheartedly invited!
An official celebration is being hosted immediately following the expo on Saturday at The Jackalope, located at 404 E 6th St.
