LONGMONT, Colo. (BRAIN) — Watts Marketing has sold the RenoCross race — formerly CrossVegas — to the RENOCX group. Based in Reno, Nevada, RENOCX is led by Coby Rowe, race director of the USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championship that was held in January in Reno.

LOS ANGELES (BRAIN) — Amgen is extending its sponsorship of the Tour of California, which has already continued for more than a decade. AEG, the owner and operator of the race, said Amgen will retain naming rights and other exclusive sponsorship benefits for the race.

SAN FRANCISCO (BRAIN) — Strava is increasing its integration with RunSignUp, which provides a race management platform for more than 15,000 events. 

The integration will make it easier for athletes to register for events and to use Strava's social network to share their training and race performance.

TEL AVIV, Israel (BRAIN) — The city of Tel Aviv has unveiled Israel's newest velodrome, said to be the most advanced indoor bike racing arena in the Middle East. The velodrome's unveiling was Tuesday, a few days before the start of the Giro d'Italia in Israel on Saturday.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (BRAIN) — USA Cycling and the United States Bicycling Hall of Fame have announced a new agreement that will include sharing elements of the Hall's historic content with USA Cycling's membership base, collaborating to expand the number of participants who nominate and select Hall of Fame members, and engaging USA Cycling's community in fundraising to support the Hall of Fame.

The list is led by Team SKY, who has ridden the Stages Power LR meter to their last two Tour de France victories.
