HELSINKI, Finland (BRAIN) — Mavic parent Amer Sports is set to open a store at its Helsinki headquarters building on Friday, selling a broad selection of sports and lifestyle products from its portfolio of brands.
"We want to offer consumers, sports people and athletes a comprehensive selection of our brands' newest sports equipment, apparel and footwear. In Amer Sports Brand Store we present today's most interesting sports, outdoor and lifestyle products for sports people at all levels as well as top athletes. Our new headquarters provide the store with excellent facilities and we have invested especially in the activity-specific displays as well as superior expertise and customer service,” said Ari Alkio, country manager at Amer Sports Finland.
In addition to offering Mavic cycling products, the 3,000-square-foot store will also sell products for running, hiking, cross-country and alpine skiing and other sports from brands including Salomon, Wilson, Atomic, Arc’teryx, Mavic, Suunto, Bonfire and Nikita.
A grand opening is set for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday.
