LONDON (BRAIN) — Future plc has agreed to sell its Sport and Craft titles, including its cycling magazines and cycling websites, to Immediate Media Company for £24 million ($40.1 million), the company announced early Thursday.

EMMAUS, Pa. (BRAIN) — Peter Flax is leaving Bicycling magazine, where he has been editor in chief since 2010. Flax is being replaced temporarily by Bill Strickland, Bicycling's current editor at large, according to a letter sent to staffers by Rodale president Scott D. Schulman on Wednesday.

MINNEAPOLIS (BRAIN) — Greg LeMond will be joining Eurosport as an on-air channel ambassador, providing analysis on the network's coverage of Paris-Roubaix, the Giro d'Italia and the Tour de France in a preview and review show called "LeMond on Tour."

Eurosport is broadcast in 54 European markets.
