Marin Bikes Adds New Reps
Share/Bookmark

NOVATO, CA (BRAIN)—Marin Bikes has hired new representatives to bolster its dealer support and sales team.

Already experiencing a strong pre-spring demand, Marin recognized the need to bolster its account management team early in the season. Increasing frequency of regional demo events and a growing dealer base necessitated the additional sales support.

Joining a veteran staff of inside account managers, James Drake begins working with Marin next week. Drake brings a wealth of cycling knowledge and extensive retail and wholesale-side sales experience. Most recently employed by a top-tier Marin County bicycle dealer, Drake's passion for cycling and his customer service oriented attitude make him a perfect fit within the Marin team.

Now representing the San Francisco Bay Area/Northern Nevada territory, Dan Jeffris will provide top-level dealer service to an extensive account base. Jeffris has built strong dealer relationships through his work with Louis Garneau over the years, and is widely respected as a top independent in Northern California. His supportive demeanor and extensive knowledge of full suspension systems will enable Jeffris and Marin to better support retailers throughout the territory. Jeffris can be reached at (415) 577-6748 and superdj63@hotmail.com.

Ken Miner has been hired to cover Utah and Wyoming for Marin Bikes. He has developed mature dealer relationships and will do an excellent job addressing an increasing demand for Marin product in the territory. An authentic athlete with a reputation for excellent follow through and consistency, Miner will provide the in-the-field support that the growing Utah business requires. Miner can be reached at (720) 319-2815 and k_miner@yahoo.com.
