Knog Wins Two Eurobike Awards

Published August 27, 2008

MELBOURNE, Australia (BRAIN)—Knog has been bestowed with its fourth consecutive Eurobike IF Design award and its sixth and seventh awards overall, illustrating consistency in design, technology and quality.

The two new products, the Beetle super-bright dual LED light and the N.E.R.D. cyco-comuter, represent only a few of the Australian based company’s 2009 new line-up.

Each year, Eurobike recognizes and awards top manufacturers in several categories. Those manufacturers are then invited to an official awards ceremoney held during Eurobike in Friedrichshafen, Germany on September 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Fashion Show Stage in Hall A4. At that time, Gold Awards are presented.

The silicone wrap-around Beetle light comes in both front (white LEDs) and rear (red LEDs) models and in eight different colors (clear, black, white, red, light blue, pink, khaki green, and violet). It retails for $23.

Knog’s new N.E.R.D. cyclo-computer represents the first non-light product to receive Eurobike’s pre-aftermarket launch award. The 45 gram, water-proof N.E.R.D. is an unassuming companion available in two wireless models: nine and 12 functions. The N.E.R.D. nine-function will retail $79, while the 12-function will retail for $89.
