Commuter Cycling is Soaring in NYC

NEW YORK, NY (BRAIN)—Based on figures from an annual count of bicyclists conducted since 1984, the New York City Department of Transportation said that commuter cycling rose a remarkable 35 percent between 2007 and 2008.
