PETERBOROUGH, N.H. (BRAIN)—Eastern Mountain Sports has re-launched its e-commerce Web site, ems.com (click on link).
The completely redesigned Web site will make it easier for customers to find products. Improvements include enhanced search and navigation, robust product photos, new payment options, and the latest security upgrades to protect customer information.
EMS also said the more intuitive site also enables customers to easily compare products and customer reviews, as well as create and share an online wish list.
"Our online store is now a direct reflection of our in-store experience where top-quality gear is easy to find and thoughtful suggestions are offered based on customer preferences," said Will Manzer president and chief executive officer of Eastern Mountain Sports. "We are excited for our customers to experience the new ems.com and look forward to hearing their feedback."
The all-new ems.com is a key step in an ongoing re-branding effort at Eastern Mountain Sports that includes new, larger stores in key markets such as the 13,000 square foot Annapolis, MD store that opened in April and the 14,000 square foot NYC-SoHo store that opened in May. The new Eastern Mountain Sport's Web site was developed by GSI Commerce Inc.
