Published April 22, 2010

BOULDER, CO (BRAIN)—Product Architects, Inc., manufacturer of Polar Bottles, has been named a Colorado Company to Watch by the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade.

This award annually recognizes 50 up-and-coming companies that are developing innovative products and services, creating quality jobs, enriching communities and creating new industries throughout Colorado.

“We’re thrilled to receive this award after building our business for 16 years,” said Judy Amabile, president of Product Architects. “We take pride in producing superior water bottles and providing outstanding customer service. Plus, we manufacture everything right here in Boulder, Colorado, so we’re helping the economy in our state.”

Product Architects produces insulated water bottles that keep liquid cool twice as long as other water bottles. BPA- and Phthalate-free, Polar Bottles are durable, recyclable and leak-proof and feature a removable valve for easy cleaning. Product Architects originally designed the bottles for cyclists and sports enthusiasts, but says they’re also popular among students, commuters, teens and others seeking convenient, cooling hydration.

Back-to-back years of double-digit growth propelled Product Architects beyond startup mode. The company is now poised to launch to the next level with the introduction of several new Polar Bottle products in the coming months.

The official festivities honoring the 2010 Colorado Companies to Watch takes place June 18 at the Denver Marriott City Center.
