Tommy Bahama Going Electric

SEATTLE, WA (BRAIN)—Upscale lifestyle brand Tommy Bahama has signed a licensing agreement with Pedego to market and manufacture electric bicycles.

"As a complete lifestyle brand we continually look for distinct products that capture the essence of Tommy Bahama," said Doug Wood, president and COO of Tommy Bahama. "The electric bike that Pedego is producing for Tommy Bahama are truly unique and offer an exceptionally engaging brand experience."

The bike will be available to consumers later this fall at select retailers and will retail for $2,575, according to a press release. Tommy Bahama will unveil its new electric bike at this year's Interbike.
