Scott Hires New Western Field Marketer

SUN VALLEY, ID (BRAIN)—Scott Sports has hired Bill Christensen as its new western regional field marketing representative.

Christensen has been involved in the industry on many levels since the mid ‘90s, and brings with him a broad skill set that represents a valuable asset to the Scott brand. "I've known Bill for some time now, and am very excited to have him here at Scott," said marketing/PR director Adrian Montgomery. "He's going to be a great face person for our brand, and I'm positive that having this sort of outreach for our brand will have a positive impact. Educating retailers and providing first hand experience with our product is key to our growth and for raising awareness about our carbon expertise and TwinLoc suspension systems."

“I’m happy to be coming on board with Scott at a time when the company is introducing exciting, new products," Christensen said. "I grew up riding bikes here in Idaho, and this opportunity is a great fit for me. I’ll be the guy who gets to introduce people to the Scott brand, the new bikes, and hopefully a lot of fun.”
