Nathan hires Ty Wivell as eastern sales manager

SHARON HILL, PA (BRAIN) — Nathan has hired Ty Wivell as the brand’s eastern regional sales manager. 

Wivell is a 20-year veteran of the running, cycling, and outdoor industries. He will lead relationship development and business planning with key accounts while overseeing a sales force in a territory that spans from North Dakota to the East Coast.

“Ty is a results-oriented leader whose proven track record, retailer relationships, and understanding of the running landscape will help drive success of our initiatives and partnerships,” said Rick Olson, vice president of sales for Nathan. “His passion and determination mirror important brand values of Nathan, and we are thrilled to welcome Ty to the team.”

Wivell comes to Nathan most recently from Daymen US, Inc. where he was the national sales manager. Prior to joining Daymen, Wivell served as a senior associate at Stoner-Andrews, Inc. supervising sales and service to brands including Camelbak, Clif Bar, Mountain Hardwear, Montrail, Timbuk2 and Sierra Designs. Wivell also served on the Eastern Outdoor Reps Association from 2007 to 2011 as vice president of the New England Chapter.
