IMBA plans move to new offices in January

Published December 19, 2013

BOULDER, CO (BRAIN) — IMBA's international headquarters and main U.S. office in Boulder, Colorado, will close on Jan. 3 as the mountain bike nonprofit completes a move to a larger office across town.

The new office is five miles from IMBA’s current location but provides room for future staff expansion. It also will serve as a meeting space and training center for IMBA chapters, land managers and city planners.

“We want the new IMBA office to be a place for training, collaboration and idea sharing that enhances chapter capabilities and fosters tighter connections between IMBA and its grassroots network, as well as among chapters,” said executive director Mike Van Abel. “IMBA is an association, meaning it’s so much bigger than the staff. I hope to regularly see chapter leaders in our office.”

The new location is a short ride from Valmont Bike Park.

IMBA’s new address is:

4888 Pearl East Circle, Suite 200 E

Boulder, CO 80301
