Published April 4, 2014

WILTON, Conn. (BRAIN) — Cannondale is expanding its digital and print newspaper, the Cannondale Gazette, to six issues this year. The magazine-like promotional item for the company's pro cycling team was produced twice last year by Peloton magazine for the Tour de France and Tour of California.

The Gazette includes race photos, detailed race information, athlete profiles, cycling culture features, tech and product highlights, behind the scenes glimpses of race life and consumer giveaways. The paper also includes full-page ads for team suppliers like SRAM and FSA. The digital issue also includes race and interview videos.

"Last year, we set out to provide Cannondale Pro Cycling fans with a multi-dimensional experience through the Cannondale Gazette, and we succeeded," said Bob Burbank, Cannondale's global general manager. "We want to be able to give those same fans (and new ones) more great content, more frequently."

Race attendees can pick up a print copies of the Cannondale Gazette at the team bus at the start of every stage of the Tour of California. It also will be given out at Cannondale festival booths and other locations along race routes. Multiple copies of the magazine will also be sent to select dealers throughout the United States.

The digital version will be available for download on iTunes, Android, and Kindle, and online on the Peloton website
