Infinit Nutrition supporting Chris Klug Foundation at Leadville 100

Published August 8, 2014

LEADVILLE, Colo. (BRAIN) — Infinit Nutrition is supporting the Chris Klug Foundation — a group that promotes organ and tissue donation — at the Leadville 100 mountain bike race, which gets underway in Colorado on Saturday morning.

Infinit is providing members of the Chris Klug Foundation team with custom nutrition formulas for the 100 mile mountain bike race. In addition, 10 percent of all Infinit Nutrition sals from Aug. 6 are being donated to the foundation. Infinit has done the same the last two years.

The team includes Chris Klug and 22 other riders.

"Chris is an amazing athlete and spokesman for his foundation," said Michael Folan, founder and CEO of Infinit Nutrition. "This is exactly the type of organization that Infinit is proud to support."

Klug, a resident of Aspen, Colorado, is a professional and Olympic snowboarder who received a life-saving liver transplant in 2000.
