Orbea adds dealer area to its website

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (BRAIN) — Orbea a new dealer area to its website that will allow stores to manage their supply, accounts, support and technical training from Orbea.

The Orbea Dealer Area is intended to be used as a sales tool, but it will also allow dealers to gain immediate access to support features such as warranty registration, claims, product training, maintenance guides, Orbea videos, images and other marketing content, financial information, invoices and statements.

"We are making daily strides to improve our business to business solutions, from the final quarter of 2014 Orbea improved the existing B2B platform and now I'm proud to announce this new B2C tool," says Gonzalo Garcia de Salazar, general manager of Orbea US.

"Customer service is very important to our team, and I believe that it was a fantastic sales tool to offer our dealers to make them more effective."

In the new portal, dealers can see delivery dates of every model, size and color, as well as re-stock dates for anything that has been temporarily sold out. Orbea also launched a new demo microsite on the website showcasing Orbea's new demo program.

Orbea has secured demo partners all over the United States and consumers can use the site to find the dealer demo as well as the models and sizes that they have for demo purposes. Consumers can also see the Orbea demo events through the site's list of events.

The dealer area is a password-restricted area of Orbea.com.
