DENVER (BRAIN) — Denver-based clothing brand Primal is the title sponsor for the inaugural Colorado Bike Expo, which will be held Saturday, April 25 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

The Expo will feature booths from more than 75 bike vendors from across the state.

"Cycling and the state of Colorado have a long history that combines competition, industry, recreation, and community," said Dave Edwards, the president of Primal.

"The Colorado Bike Expo is the next natural progression for our community and the incredible bicycling economy that we are privileged to contribute to."

The day's events will include guest speakers, adult big-wheel races, learn-to-ride program for children 10 and under, "bicycling themed" sipping and painting classes, Wish for Wheels' bike build, fix-a-flat competitions, beer garden and food court, as well as a kids zone complete with a Strider course and arts & crafts.

Project Recycle will also host a bicycle drop-off where attendees are encouraged to donate their gently used bikes that will be refurbished and provided to children in need.
