Kuzara to rep Intense Cycles in Pacific Northwest

Published October 15, 2015

TEMECULA, Calif. (BRAIN) — Intense Cycles has hired independent sales rep Dean Kuzara to cover the Pacific Northwest, including Washington state, Oregon, Montana and Alaska.

Kuzara already represents Highway Two, Five Ten, 100%, Profile Design, Bellwether and Haro/Masi, and with Intense adds a performance mountain bike brand to his portfolio.

His experience includes a long history in retail with such shops as Huntington Beach Bicycles, Mulrooney’s, Jax Bicycle Center and Helen’s Cycles. He also worked in inside sales at Profile Design for nine years, serving the brand’s IBD customers.

“This is exactly what we need right now,” Intense CEO Andrew Herrick said. “We are now two years into our initiative to put Intense in its rightful place in the pantheon of great mountain bike brands. The Pacific Northwest is an area where we wanted the dealers to get the great support from Intense they deserve.”

“I have been watching what’s going on at Intense with great interest,” Kuzara said. “… I have no doubt that Intense is the next great company in the mountain bike world. I will have a fleet of demo bikes in my Sprinter and will be working closely with my dealers to get more butts on Intense and more Intense bikes in our market.”

Kuzara can be reached at riderep@gmail.com.
