NEWBURY PARK, Calif. (BRAIN) — Giant Bicycle USA has recently added four new staffers in retail support roles.

Erica Espinoza steps into the newly created role of WebLink specialist. Before coming to Giant, Espinoza was director of marketing for the Danny's Cycles stores in New York, and also handled all of the chain's e-commerce orders. She began working at Giant on Nov. 7.

Philip Croley is the new retail services executive for the West, responsible for planning and executing new Giant Retail Partner store locations in the Western half of the nation; the company said he also will strengthen the brand's relationship with current GRP businesses. Croley has worked for The Pro's Closet, Clif Bar and Shimano America/Pearl Izumi. Just prior to joining Giant, he was business development director at The Mann Group retail consulting firm. He began his career with Giant on Nov. 28.

Pat Collier is the new account executive in the Southwest, working with Giant retailers in Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Colorado and El Paso, Texas. Collier is originally from St. Louis, where he spent nine years managing bike stores. He now lives in Green Valley, Arizona. He has been an athlete with the Giant Co-Factory Off-Road Team for several years. His first day at Giant was Dec. 5; after a week in training at Giant's headquarters he is now on the road meeting with retailers in his territory.

Ewan Campbell has been hired as an after-sales technical representative and is the newest member of Giant's Quality Assurance team. He comes to Giant from Open Air Bicycles in Santa Barbara, California, where he was general manager. He also started at Giant on Dec. 5.

"These new members of our team continue to grow the service we offer our retailers," said John "JT" Thompson, Giant USA's general manager. "We're very blessed to find people of this caliber to support and help our retailers win."
