Gordon's new brakes are made of anodized aluminum that's CNC-machined in California. They feature an enclosed spring and run on a stainless sleeve. They also have a replaceable bronze bushing to guarantee long life. Their classic shape complements traditional lugged frames. Gordon also designed an optional linkwire straddle cable that features a similar design. Suggested retail: $149 (brakes), $30 (matching linkwire)
