SANTA MONICA, Calif. (BRAIN) — CycleHop has signed a long-term lease for a new space in Santa Monica, which will be the new home for local bike-share operations and serve as the company’s national headquarters. The company used to be located in Miami Beach, Florida.

MONTREAL (BRAIN) — Canadian company Bewegen will supply about 400 bikes, including 100 e-bikes for a citywide bike share program in Birmingham, Alabama. The program will launch this fall and include 40 docking stations. The company said it's the first bike share program in North America to include e-bikes.
