Strategic Account Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a results driven person who is also incredibly customer focused. Your personality allows you to achieve your goals and those of your customer and of our business. This position is responsible for brick and mortar National Accounts, select eComm accounts, and developing new channels where our products will thrive.

Responsibilities
• Build strong customer relationships in our US market.
• Develop new business channels within less explored channels of the outdoor industry.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Set and be accountable for key goals and objectives that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate within HLC to complete objectives.
• Plan and conduct product knowledge clinics.
• Use all available reporting to support customer recommendations.

Skills & Experience

• At least 10 years in the cycling industry with 5+ years in Sales/Account Management roles.
• Proven track record of exception customer experience and customer growth
• Unparalleled interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales, listening, time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• A keen understanding of what it means to work as part of a team – driving team success
• Be flexible – easily adaptable to change and fluid situations
