Bicycle Manufacturer Customer Service

Fast-growing NYC based team is looking for someone with a passion for bicycles, riders, and excellent people skills to join us.

Duties:
• Support: provide phone and email support, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions to pre-sales questions and post-purchase technical needs.
• Customer Experience Content: Create technical bulletins, and media content

Requirements
• Supportive attitude with customers seeking solutions
• Strong bike mechanical/troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to travel as needed for fleet support

Full time salary position with benefits. Weekend work required.
