Customer Service Representative Needed

Bianchi USA is looking for an energetic person to join our growing team as an inside Customer Service Representative.
Job requirements:

· 1-3 years of experience in bicycle sales.
· Candidate should excel at problem solving and finding solutions.
· Manage and efficiently process customer orders.
· Have excellent people skills in person and on the phone.
· Partner with outside rep to grow Bianchi sales to customers and dealers.
· Participate as needed in industry and shop events.

Bianchi is located in Northern, CA but current conditions may allow for the right person to work remotely on a temporary basis.
