Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working, and hands-on sales professional who has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building and closing deals.

Remuneration:
• Salary: TBD depending on experience, plus sales commission
• Benefits: Health, dental and vision benefits / PTO
• Location: San Clemente, CA

Job responsibilities:
• Creates and executes a strategic sales plan that expands our
customer base / increases revenues
• Pursues new sales opportunities, gathers inbound leads and
opens new accounts
• Recruits, trains, coaches and manages sales representatives

Requirements:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational
skills
• Proven track in accessory sales in the bicycles and/or
motorcycle market
• 2+ years of experience as sales manager
