Customer / Mechanical Support at Priority Bicycles in NYC!

Our fast-growing NYC based team is looking for someone with a passion for bicycles, riders, and excellent people skills to join us.

Duties:

Support: provide front line phone and email support, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions to pre-sales questions and post-purchase technical needs. Bicycles repair, maintenance and prototyping.

Requirements:

* Supportive attitude with customers seeking solutions
* Strong bike mechanical/troubleshooting knowledge. Previous bicycle shop mechanic experience required.
* Computer skills

Full time salary position with benefits. Weekend work required.
