Retail Store Manager
As the leader of the Retail Management Team, the Manager of this iconic store is responsible for all store functions associated with operating a retail profit center.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum of 3 years of successful retail management experience
*Experience managing retail stores with volumes of 2M+.
*Collaborative team leadership approach
*Proven ability to understand and drive store profitability through sales and service
*Demonstrated ability to set standards and hold team members accountable
*Dynamic leadership skills with the ability to recruit, hire, onboard, train, lead, motivate, and retain a team.
*Proven financial acumen to include: forecasting sales, gross margin, inventory turns, expense control and net profit.
*Proven ability to manage change, motivate and develop a team
*Excellent problem-solving ability.
*Ability to develop and maintain open and positive relations within the local community.
