Remote Online Customer Service Agent - Conte's Bike Shop

Conte’s Bike Shop has 18 locations across 6 states. As one of the largest independent bikes shops in North America we carry a large selection of brands and provide a wide range of services. We are seeking an individual to join our ecommerce team. This role is the front-line ambassador for our company, helping customers as they shop online. This remote position will have a variable schedule based on needs. Excellent written communication skills are a must.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the company’s live chat platform and close sales via that chat channel with a high level of professionalism and patience.

Resolving returns and order complaints

Questions related to in-store procedures and operations
