Cervélo Cycles needs an experienced Inside Sales Rep. to collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) to execute territory business plans from annual account planning and pre-season order generation, to on-time delivery of product. He/she is the behind-the-scenes quarterback of Cervélo’s monthly sales operations to meet or exceed monthly quotas and deadlines and to strategize a month-end push to generate and realize all sales potentials.
Candidates will have:
• Minimum college diploma in marketing or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in a sales role in a specialty distribution business to the retail industry
• Experience coordinating and managing efforts of an Outside Sales Representative
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability to manage work through the Central Database system
• Great Plains Application knowledge an asset
