New mobile app helps set up mountain bike suspension

Published February 24, 2014

VANCOUVER, B.C. (BRAIN) — The Bike Setup app for iOS mobile devices allows users to store their suspension settings for performance comparison testing or just as a reference for when they want to check or re-set their rigs.

The app stores front and rear suspension and tire settings for multiple bikes. It also can store rider weight, trail information and lap times for setup testing.

The app is available on the Apple iOS App Store for $0.99. The developer, app-uncture, is donating 5 percent of profits to the North Shore Mountain Bike Association in British Columbia.

An Android app is not available but the developer said it is considering developing one.
