MORGAN HILL, CA (BRAIN)—Specialized is once again hosting its annual Bike to Work Day Industry Commute Cup Challenge to inspire some friendly competition within the industry during National Bike to Work Week, May 12-16.
Official Rules:
-Official Bike to Work/Commute Cup Challenge is Thursday, May 15.
-You may substitute your designated day during National Bike to Work Week, May 12-16.
Two Official Categories: Industry and Retailers
1) Industry with the most riders (based on percentage of employees) wins four categories, determined by the number of full-time employees: 1-50; 51-100; 101-200; 201+
2) Bicycle retailers with the most riders (based on percentage of employees) wins. Three categories, determined by the number of employees: 1-5; 6-10; 11+. For multiple store locations, retailers should enter per store location.
All Category Entries must fax the completed form (post-ride) by Friday, May 16, 5 p.m., (PST). Official Winners will be announced on Monday, May 19, 2008 on the Bicycle Retailer and Industry News Web site.
Specialized Commute Cup Trophies will be awarded to first place winners in all categories for both Bicycle Industry and Retailer Divisions.
