LAS VEGAS, NV (BRAIN)—Responding to a plea from industry advocacy groups, the organizers of CrossVegas have added an Advocacy category to the industry race scheduled for Wednesday, September 24.
"These guys proved they're good at their jobs; they convinced me an additional category was justified,'" said Brook Watts, co-promoter of the popular cyclocross race held the first evening of Interbike.
The Wheelers and Dealers race kicks off a full evening of racing and fun. Categories of competition include: Male, Female, Media, Manufacturer, Retailer, Distributor and Advocacy.
Registration opens online August 1 at www.crossvegas.com.
