Giant Manufacturing Reportedly At Capacity

TAICHUNG, Taiwan (BRAIN)—Giant Manufacturing Co. is reportedly at its bicycle production capacity until next June, according to a report by Bloomberg.
The report was attributed to a story in the Taipei, Taiwan-based United Daily News, which didn't cite its sources.
The Bloomberg story said orders are exceeding supply because of rising demand for leisure and energy-conservation products.
Giant, the world's largest manufacturer of bicycles, makes bikes for several brands besides Giant including Trek.
