Doug Hall, national sales manager at Fox Head, Inc. and Jodi Hall (freelance PR consultant for various cycling ventures) have just added a second little mountain biker to their brood: Lucie Francesca Hall, born Jan. 30, 2010, 6 lbs. 6 oz. and 20-1/2 inches long. Her older brother, Dillon, age 2, is excited to have a new teammate and partner-in-crime.
