"Our first time to Vegas, NASCAR weekend. So excited, no assistance from the (Riviera Hotel) staff, just standing around. Room, no shower curtain, safe not working. Phoned, no safe for the 6 day stay, no help. Staff not overly helpful, friendly or kind. But they sure stand there waiting for a tip. Wait around for a drink when your gambling, way at the end of the strip. The only great thing that will have us coming back was the amazing attitude and friendliness of the NASCAR FANS. They were everywhere and very kind. When we return next year, we are not going to stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone either. We got home, wrote a letter and guess what, the staff come by the uncaring ways honestly, we never got a reply to our letter." Samantha tried to say on a travel Web site about her 2004 stay at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas.
