MADISON, WI (BRAIN)—Saris Cycling Group has added an Inside Sales Department. Beginning this month, the current Customer Service Department will be restructured, and four inside sales positions will be added. The new Inside Sales Department will allow dealers to call and speak directly to their inside rep for warranty and product support, as well as general inquiries.
“These four new reps are intended to supplement our current team of seven outside sales reps, supporting our IBDs,” Saris’ national sales manager Mike Blang said. “Our goal is to provide direct, personal contact for every IBD, no matter their location or size.”
The Inside Sales Department will be managed by Roy Dahnke, current customer service manager. The territory breakdown is as follows:
