Published July 26, 2009

IRVINE, CA (BRAIN)—A pair of bicyclists claim a parked maintenance truck and an unsafe community trail led to serious injuries, according to claims filed against the city of Irvine in Orange County, California, in an Orange County Register story.

Bike club members Marilyn Goll and Bill Margolis claim they were riding along a trail that goes under Jeffrey Road south of Barranca just after 11 a.m. on March 17 when they were forced to hit their brakes to avoid a city vehicle parked in the middle of the trail, according to the article.
