WATERLOO, WI (BRAIN)—Trek Bicycles has hired Matt Shriver as its team liaison for Team RadioShack.
Shriver, who led Colorado's Fort Lewis College to three national championships, stepped down as FLC’s cycling coach to take the position.
“Although my intentions were not to leave Fort Lewis cycling anytime soon, this offer came to me and was one that I could not overlook,” Shriver said in a press release from the college. “It will provide a skill set that I cannot get anywhere else and a lot of international experience in the cycling world.”
