Published May 10, 2012

SANTA FE, NM (BRAIN) Thursday May 10 2012 11:57 AM MT—Bicycle Technologies International and SmartEtailing are launching BTI Sync, which combines BTI's catalog with SmartEtailing's product library, allowing subscribing dealers to display the results in their websites.

A retailer's online shoppers can now see if BTI has a product in stock and can order it for pickup at the store. BTI is not planning to participate in SmartEtailing's Supplier Fulfillment service, a warehouse-to-consumer program.

"Many of our clients have requested that we integrate our services with BTI because of the company's unique mix of brands," said SmartEtailing co-founder Mark Graff.

BTI's specialty is in stocking hard-to-find service parts from popular component manufacturers; it also carries products from Cinelli, De Marchi, Dainese, Halo, Gusset, Identiti, NS Bikes, Kore, Kind Shock, Woodman, Voodoo, Loaded, Spank, Blk Mrkt, Acros, RockGardn and UVEX.
