MONTEREY, Calif. — Best-selling authors and leaders from industries as varied as running and the National Football League combined with top bike industry executives have swelled Bicycle Leadership Conference attendance to over 200 with a week to go.

Light & Motion expanded from about 16,000 crowded square feet among three floors on Cannery Row to 30,000 in this one-time U.S. Air Force hangar in Marina, Calif., that serviced Apache helicopters as part of the now-decommissioned  Fort Ord base.

MONTEREY, Calif. (BRAIN) — Fewer than 100,000 e-bikes were sold in the U.S. market last year, but a clear trend is emerging as more American consumers give them a second look.

MONTEREY, CA (BRAIN) – Early-bird registration for this spring’s Bicycle Leadership Conference, saving participants $150, closes Tuesday. Regular registration is $940 for members of the Bicycle Product Suppliers Association and $1,040 for non-BPSA members.
