BURNSVILLE, Minn. (BRAIN) — Wolf Tooth Components is working with King Cage to bring out a new bottle cage with a mounting plate allowing a wide range of vertical positioning. The cages allow positioning to clear a frame bag, fit a larger bottle, or accommodate an upgraded rear shock.

AMSTERDAM (BRAIN) — Gates Carbon Drive and Enviolo have collaborated on a drivetrain for high-speed e-bikes, also called speed pedelecs, which require taller gearing to achieve speeds of up to 28 mph.

BEND, Ore. (BRAIN) — Abbey Bike Tools' Chain Tool spent two years designing and testing its new chain tool, which will begin shipping next month. But the company likes to say that Abbey founder Jason Quade spent 10 years working as a pro mechanic, breaking three chains a day, in developing the new tool.

GIVISIEZ, Switzerland (BRAIN) — Scott's new Ransom model is a carbon enduro bike that can be used with 29-inch or 27.5-inch wheels, with a suspension linkage chip that can be flipped for optimum performance with either wheel size. 

LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. (BRAIN) — Crankrbothers is now offering two versions of easy-release cleats, designed for those who are new to using clipless pedals. 

IRVINE, Calif. (BRAIN) — Bosch will launch its new Kiox e-bike computer to the U.S. market at Interbike. The Kiox has a color display and remote handlebar control; provides data including speed, cadence and battery state; and is compatible with an optional heart rate monitor.

COTATI, Calif. (BRAIN) — Yuba Bikes' new Electric Supermarché builds off the brand's front-loading cargo bike, the Supermarché, with an electric pedal-assist option.

WILTON, Conn. (BRAIN) — Cannondale's new Topstone bike line includes three gravel bikes with aluminum frames, starting at $1,000 retail.

The bikes are named after a favorite dirt road section near Cannondale's global headquarters in Connecticut.

COLOGNE, Germany (BRAIN) — Bombtrack's new Hook ADV bike model was inspired by 1990s-era cross-country mountain bikes, but with gravel bike handling, a 40-millimeter travel suspension fork and a dropper post. 

The company said it will offer the Hook ADV in limited quantities this fall. 

LUGANO, Switzerland (BRAIN) — Assos new UMA GT Half Tights are lightweight, highly breathable summer tighs to provide more protection against the sun on hot days and as an option for chilly summer morning rides.

EUGENE, Ore. (BRAIN) — Burley Design's new Coho XC trailer is designed for everything from single-track bikepacking to long distance touring. The trailer is designed to be compatible with hubs with axles 126-197 millimeters.

BRISTOL, U.K. (BRAIN) — Tailfin has launched a new rear bag for mountain bikes on Kickstarter.

WILTON, Conn. (BRAIN) — GT Bicycles has introduced a new version of its Fury downhill model that can be set up for 190 millimeters of travel with 29-inch wheels or 200 millimeters in 27.5-inch mode.
