(Salt Lake City, UT – February 28, 2019) - Trust Performance announced today that damper expert Paul Cox has joined its rapidly growing team as Engineering Team Lead. Cox has spent more than 15 years in the fields of mechanical engineering and industrial design and is known for his highly innovative, performance-oriented product designs. As Engineering Team Lead, Cox will be a driving force in spearheading the engineering and technical efforts of Trust Performance's product development.

"Paul has a reputation for excellence, and even over a short time working together we're already starting to see his positive influence on our team. Prior to joining Trust Performance, Cox served as Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Utah-based, Falcon Performance Shocks. He also spent over six years as Product Design Manager and Design Engineer at Fox Factory and nearly five years as Designer and Project Manager at AFCO Racing Products.
