(Salt Lake City, UT – February 28, 2019) - Trust Performance announced today that damper expert Paul Cox has joined its rapidly growing team as Engineering Team Lead. Cox has spent more than 15 years in the fields of mechanical engineering and industrial design and is known for his highly innovative, performance-oriented product designs. As Engineering Team Lead, Cox will be a driving force in spearheading the engineering and technical efforts of Trust Performance's product development.

"With Paul's addition, we add some serious horsepower to our product development group," remarked Dave Weagle, Founder and Technical Director of Trust Performance. "Paul has a reputation for excellence, and even over a short time working together we're already starting to see his positive influence on our team. It's a thrilling time for Trust Performance and I can't wait to see what the team comes up with next!"

Prior to joining Trust Performance, Cox served as Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Utah-based, Falcon Performance Shocks. He also spent over six years as Product Design Manager and Design Engineer at Fox Factory and nearly five years as Designer and Project Manager at AFCO Racing Products.

"New companies like Trust Performance tend to be energetic and motivated to produce user-focused products that are high-quality and high-value. That's an exciting place to be, as it mixes well with my own desire to create," says Cox. "Overall, I look forward to demonstrating that Trust Performance is where overachievers thrive. A company is a mirror of its people and it's my goal to foster an environment that's positive, productive and opens doors for young professionals to build great products and achieve their goals."

In addition to naming Cox as Engineering Team Lead, Trust Performance also recently welcomed Dan Dalton to the team as Project Manager. Dalton joins Trust Performance from Salt Lake City-based TeraFlex Suspensions. As Trust Performance builds out its team, those with interest are encouraged to send resumes to careers@trustperformance.com.
