He'll Discuss Strategies to Differentiate on the Last Mile when Scalability is Difficult

New York — Velotooler's Terence Finnwill discuss last mile delivery strategies at the Home Delivery World Conference, April 4-5 in Philadelphia, PA.

Velotooler is a B2B software company that helps Direct-To-Consumer bike brands and online retailers to reduce returns and improve customer service by connecting them with local, skilled bicycle mechanics/stores for white glove delivery and warranty repairs.

"I'm excited about the opportunity to present on last mile delivery. Nearly 5% of fundraising efforts over the last five years has gone to organizations solving the last mile problem.  A difficult and increasing important challenge as retail continues to move online.”, said Terence Finn, CEO of Velotooler.

Terence joined Velotooler in September and has focused on continuing to build their service providers network.  Velotooler now has 10 enterprise clients and over 150 service providers nationwide.

Home Delivery World is the most comprehensive event in the country for last mile, supply chain and eCommerce. The show will bring together 2,500 attendees from retailers, grocers, distributors, carriers, supply chain professionals and solutions providers to discuss innovations in retail logistics.

“We are taking a unique approach that both serves online retailers while also supporting local, skilled bicycle mechanics and bike shops.  Because it doesn’t need to be either/or.  The best solution for consumers is one that leverages the strength of both models.”

Terence’s topic is ‘Thinking beyond the last mile in order to differentiate when scalability is difficult’
