VENTURA, Calif. (BRAIN) — ZEITBIKE announces a new website for dealers. As of immediately, the previous website is no longer active, and all dealers will have access to the new site at the same URL: https://zeitbike.com
The new website offers an improved customer experience with faster loading times, better navigation, easier sorting, bulk ordering, and intuitive check out. All 1,027 dealers have been emailed to activate their new account by mouse click, and all information has been transferred to the new site.
The new site does not yet have any ZEIT-Reward points, which will be installed again shortly but points are not transferred. Dealers with existing points have the option to spend them on the old site, currently parked at https://zeitbike.biz or over the phone, until July 31st, 2019.
“The new site is already a way way better experience for shops. We are also installing new features to make it even better. Our previous site was outdated, and we had a server error after switching servers, which took way too long to fix. So we just had to cut it loose.
