Trust Performance and Beeline partner, offering customers no-cost installation of Trust Performance suspension.

(Salt Lake City, UT – July 3, 2019) - Trust Performance, industry innovators in suspension design, announced today a partnership with the Beeline and the nationwide network of dealers utilizing Powered by Beeline software. The arrangement provides Trust Performance customers the option of choosing professional installation by their local shop either at the shop or at the rider's home. In both cases, Trust Performance covers the cost to professionally install the suspension, making the entire installation process free to the customer.

"We strive to make every step of the ordering and installation process as seamless as possible for our customers," remarked Hap Seliga, CEO and Co-Founder of Trust Performance. "We also want to keep customers on their bikes with minimal downtime. Partnering with Beeline to offer an easy way to schedule the installation of our suspension is just one way to help accomplish that."

During the checkout experience on trustperformance.com, customers can select a shop location or arrange for mobile delivery of their Trust Performance suspension. Both options are free to the customer and include professional installation, suspension setup, and shipping. In addition, the Powered by Beeline system allows customers to schedule the pickup or delivery appointment, so they know exactly when to plan the first ride.

In 2018, Trust Performance launched its first multi-link front suspension design, the Message. By employing 130mm of contour travel, Message allows the front of the mountain bike to realize the benefits that full suspension bikes have enjoyed for years. When encountering an obstacle, Message allows the front wheel to move back and up simultaneously instead of only in-line with the steering axis. This effect leads to noticeably improved traction, added stability, and more predictable handling in a wide variety of trail conditions.

"Trust Performance has made a huge step forward in terms of product and the customer's experience prior to hitting the trail," said Beeline's VP of Business Development Neil Macc. "We at Beeline are thrilled to partner with Trust Performance and provide the glue in their blended retail strategy. The hundreds of dealers using Powered by Beeline software are also excited to see this groundbreaking suspension firsthand."

Founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2013, Beeline Bikes has delivered and serviced thousands of bikes at consumers' homes and offices. Today, Beeline's software as a service platform, Powered by Beeline, enables bike shops to acquire customers via online product fulfillment and service booking. It also allows brands and e-retailers to provide the best end-to-end customer experience via 425+ dealer endpoints. In 2018, Beeline was acquired by Accell North America (ANA) and operates as a division of ANA.
