Tuesday 16 July 2019 - London, UK: Stolen Goat, the design-focused cycling and triathlon apparel brand has announced that Jim Hart will be joining the 'herd' as Business Development Manager.

Hart, a highly experienced business development and sales professional with an extensive history in the automotive and lifestyle industries, is returning to his roots having been a keen mountain biker from the age of 12.

Competing in Downhill and 4X events at an early age and quickly picking up sponsorship in the mid 90's which led to racing all over the UK, means that Hart will be a familiar face to many in the cycling industry already. More than 20 years later, that passion hasn't faded and Hart is relishing the opportunity to return to the industry.

Jim 'Jimbo' Hart, 'I'm really looking forward to bringing all the skills and knowledge I have developed in the automotive industry to the cycling business. The team at Stolen Goat have ambitious plans and an outstanding reputation for producing exceptional products so I can't wait to get started. I have even bitten the bullet and purchased a road bike so looking forward to riding some tarmac with the team... although I can't promise I will be shaving my legs!'

Having recently made the decisive move to stop selling to Wiggle, Stolen Goat has plans to significantly grow its global retail network, for which Jim Hart will be instrumental.

Tim Bland, Managing Director of Stolen Goat, 'Jim's passion for all things cycling is infectious and his business development experience speaks for itself. We're really pleased he has come on board to help take the brand forward'.

Jim Hart starts at Stolen Goat in mid July 2019 and can be contacted via email at jim.hart@stolengoat.com
