QBP is expanding its Service Summit event for 2020 with two location options and an enhanced curriculum. This event provides business and technical education for shop leadership, service center management, and career-focused technicians who want to improve operations in the service and repair arena. The first Service Summit of 2020 will take place in Baltimore, MD on March 23–25 and the second will take place in Dallas, TX in mid-November 2020.

“We are excited to build upon the course work from Service Summit 2019,” said QBP Manager of Education Aaron Stehly. “In order to provide service department leadership with meaningful business lessons, we expanded what Service Summit is delivering, bringing in more diversity of topics and expert presenters into the curriculum. New courses include Risk Management, Effective Leadership strategies, and methodology across each lesson in to how train and measure your staff.”

As part of QBP’s multi-platform education system, Service Summit provides retailers with relevant instruction on how to approach and manage their service departments for greater profitability. In addition to two full days of courses, Service Summit attendees will participate in ebike certification classes for both Bosch and Fazua.

The cost to attend is $450 and includes food and beverages during the event. Hotel and transportation costs are not included.
