Vancouver, WA — In an effort to ease the pressure that dealers are experiencing due to the Covid-19 disruption, The Gravity Cartel has announced revised shipping polices on both its SPANK and iXS brands.
Now until further notice, any TGC direct dealer will receive free FedEx ground shipping on orders of $300 and above on both the SPANK and iXS brands. Additionally, TGC will offer direct to consumer fulfilment through their dealer portal and is waiving the normal handling fee of 10%. Standard shipping rates and dealer wholesale pricing apply to all orders using this service. All orders received prior to 12:00 PM PST should ship the same day, barring carrier delays.
Even though 90% of their staff is working remotely, the Vancouver warehouse is operating normally under a state exemption as an essential business while employing best-practices cleanliness procedures.
"These are challenging times," said Victor Sandrin, TCG's National Sales Manager, "Shops that we sell to are our friends and partners. We want them to stay healthy above all else, but we also want them to still have a viable business when this is over. We understand that our dealers need to be creative in order to service their community and their customers. Many of our favorite shops are offering curbside service, adjusting store hours and are thinking well beyond their storefronts. We're all in this together and greatly appreciate everything they're doing to keep people employed and working during these unchartered times. By lowering our shipping threshold and offering direct fulfillment are just a few ways we can support and help sustain their business."
