As of May 1, Dragana Pajovic was promoted to SRAM's new Americas Aftermarket Sales Director. Pajovic will lead SRAM's aftermarket team throughout the Americas, as well as the newly formed Field Guide team in North America, focused on SRAM's relationships with its distribution partners, retailers, and riders.

Previously, she was the Global Director of Sales Strategy and was instrumental in evolving SRAM's strategies across our broad customer base. She also developed and led SRAM's digital measurement team, which was critical to understanding the rider journey. Pajovic replaces Scott King, who has been the interim Aftermarket director since 2019.

"We've seen a lot of change and growth in the market over the past few years, with shifts in rider, retailer, and distribution needs," said Pajovic. "Focus will be on solving for those needs in a way that ultimately makes SRAM the easiest company in the industry to work with."

"Dragana will develop the structure for growing customer and partner relationships with a benefit to the entire value chain. SRAM's focus on expanding the potential of cycling through innovative products, and our customer passion, comes to life in this market and the communities, and there's a great foundation already in place for us to build on as we grow," said SRAM's VP of Sales, John Nedeau.

Before SRAM, Pajovic worked as a management consultant with McKinsey® and an economic consultant with the World Bank®. She is also a passionate triathlete, having completed multiple Ironman-distance triathlons.
